Ian Kelly

Chairman BDCI and former BDCI Festival Chairman – 56 years in the International Meat Trade. Master of the Worshipful Company of Butchers 2013/4. Trustee of Theodora Children’s Charity. Vice President of the Friends of Highgate Cemetery Trust. Trustee/Director since 2001.

Edward (Ted) Hoefling

Chartered Certified Accountant and Corporate Treasurer with more than 40 years’ experience in finance. Appointed Treasurer and Trustee of BDCI in 2010. He has held Senior Treasury and Group Treasurer positions in several companies including Whitbread, Bechtel and Compass. He has also served as Pensions Trustee for various schemes.

Susan Hoefling

Spent 25 years in financial services based in the City of London. Appointed Bursar and Business Manager at one of the country’s leading girl’s grammar schools before returning to the City in January 2019 as Clerk (CEO) of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists. Trustee/Director of BDCI since 2015.

Jim Sydenham

Founder and MD of Interfood Technology, a leading food manufacturing equipment distributor and with over 30 years food industry experience. Past BDCI Festival Chair and Trustee/Director since 2015.

Mike Attwood

41 years in food retail and hospitality sectors including 30 years in senior sourcing, procurement, operations and trading roles. Experience with Sainsbury’s Supermarkets in UK and Subway restaurants across Europe. Trustee/Director at BDCI since 2018.
